Usually answered within a couple of days. Writing from the email address tied to your Apple ID helps, but is not required.
You can also send feedback from inside the app: Me → Send Feedback. It reaches the same person and lets you leave an email address if you would like a reply.
Cosecha Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so it is managed in the App Store rather than in the app:
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cosecha restores your subscription automatically when you are signed into the Apple ID that bought it. If it has not, check that you are signed into the right Apple ID, then reopen the app. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will look into it.
All payments go to Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us as well if something in Cosecha is what went wrong — we would like to know either way.
Your cards live in your own iCloud account and sync between your devices automatically when you are signed into iCloud. They are not stored on our servers.
To delete everything, use Me → Delete my account and data in the app. This removes your library and practice history from your devices and deletes your account and usage history from our servers. It does not cancel a subscription — only Apple can do that, using the steps above.
Cosecha is free to use. While you get started there are no daily limits: not on your first 20 AI-generated cards, your first 5 practice sessions or your first 2 Discover sessions. After that, the free tier includes a daily allowance of the features that cost money to run: 10 AI requests (each voice or text note turned into cards counts as one), 20 practice cards and 1 Discover session per day. Creating, editing and importing cards by hand is unlimited and always free. Allowances reset at midnight Central European Time. Cosecha Pro removes the limits.
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device model and iOS version help. If the app closed unexpectedly, the time it happened is enough for us to find it.
